About Us

Founded in June 2004, Advanced Telematics is a brainchild of Managing Director, Darryl Lawrence and we are situated in the East Rand in Gauteng, with branches in Kwa-Zulu Natal and Zambia. Initially, our core business was Stolen Vehicle Tracking and Recovery, including Fleet Management, the aim of the company was and still is to provide industry leading quality products.

The company commenced with just five staff members including one director. For the first nine months, our turnover was around the One and a Half Million Rand mark. We have since developed into one of the leaders in our industry with value added product offers such as Speed Limiters, Video Matics or Live Video Streaming.

Advanced Telematics is proud to have achieved a 100% growth in the first five months of 2005.A team of dedicated and diligent staff has also increased to over 14 members of staff, with an annual turnover growth of up to 150% to Three and a Half Million Rand mark due to relentless dedication and superior service to our clients. Since 2006 the annual turnover has grown well over the 5 Million Rand mark and the company currently employs 25 people and has a new branch in Kwa-Zulu Natal and we continue to grow.

With over 500 Clients all over Africa, our products are created and developed from highly advanced technologies available. We pride ourselves in providing continuous excellent service with devoted and diligent support staff.
